Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases made through jewelryME are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 24 hours of the delivery date. Know that 20% of shipping cost will be retained. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable). SALE MERCHANDISE, EARRINGS, ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
